Dear Mr. Marino,
We have been customers and advocates of Home-Tech for over 20 years. Once again you did not fail to provide excellent service.
In January 2009 you replaced our working A/C unit for a Trane A/C. We did this to avoid any downtime of our 12 year old A/C. We have our 95 year old mother who lives with us and an A /C unit not working is dangerous to her health. When the air handler of our new Trane needed a new motor we were extremely concerned. Thom Rohde and Robert C - were also concerned, even suggesting putting in a temporary motor to provide A/C. Thank goodness that was not necessary because the weather was cooperating. The tech came out on late Saturday afternoon and installed the new motor.
Thom Rohde and Robert C - are exceptional employeees and we are sure you value them highly. We are disappointed in the Trane product and will be writing their CEO.
We have recommended Home-Tech to many of our friends who are now your customers. Keep up the good work.
