What’s Home-Tech all about? Home-Tech was founded in 1981 by Steve Marino, who had a business model in mind that was ALL ABOUT SERVICE. Southwest Florida customers have benefited from this vision that was cast over 30 years ago, by receiving excellent, concierge-type customer service, repairs and installations of air-conditioning and major appliances. “Service That Works” has been a long-held motto and slogan for Home-Tech. Home-Tech’s Regional Office is located in Fort Myers. Therein is housed our offices, Customer Service Department, Service Agreement Department, Training Center (Best Tech University), Dispatch Department, Warehouse and our Showroom which is open to the public. Home-Tech is constructing a similar facility in Bradenton to service our customers in Bradenton, Sarasota, Venice and surrounding areas. We service Lee, Collier, Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties.

About Service to Our Customers

When one of our Service Agreement customers has an air-conditioner leaking, a microwave not cooking, a burner not heating up on their stove top, or any other problem with their air-conditioning or a major appliance, they call Home-Tech. We dispatch a qualified, professional technician to take a look at the problem and solve it. The cost of the service call, parts and labor is NO CHARGE for our members. Home-Tech has an incredibly skilled team of technicians on staff to solve problems and make repairs for our current customers who need help. We also make repair calls to the general public. Southwest Florida residents do not have to be Service Agreement members to schedule with us, although they usually become one once they learn the benefits. About our Training Program

About 10 years ago, Home-Tech became actively involved in charitable work in our community and never looked back. Our employee owned company currently sponsors the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, the American Heart Association, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the PACE Center for Girls, Ronald McDonald House of Fort Myers, the American Cancer Society, CROW, ARC, the Eden Autism Center, the Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium and the Children’s Museum of Naples.
