28 Years of Service/Employee-owned

In the Spring of 1981, Home-Tech was born. Two years later, Home-Tech hired its first employees and moved into an office on U.S. 41 in Fort Myers. In 1988 it expanded into Naples and then later into Port Charlotte and Sarasota. Today the company services Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Manatee and Sarasota counties. In September of 2001, Home-Tech opened its modern, state-of-the-art headquarters and training facility on Techster Boulevard in Fort Myers.

Marino, who believes deeply that workers who have a stake in a business are more motivated, made Home-Tech an employee-owned operation on January 1, 1996. Since then, the company has tripled in size and today employs over 110 people and utilizes 80 service vehicles.
