Does Home-Tech specialize in appliance sales?

Home-Tech is an employee owned company that has provided sales and service of major appliances for 30 years in southwest Florida. We are a service company first so we know how the products are built inside and out.  Therefore, we can make terrific recommendations when you are looking to purchase new appliances.

What if I need warranty service on my appliance after it is purchased?

Home-Tech is the largest employee owned service company in Florida. We service all brands that we sell.  If you have a problem with your appliance after it is installed we can take care of all of your service needs.  You don’t have to rely on any third party companies to take care of the problem.  This is a completely different service model than what is offered by most other appliance retailers.

Are Home-Tech’s prices competitive with other appliance retailers?

Does Home-Tech offer extended warranties on appliances?

Yes.  We offer a complete line of extended warranties on all of our products.  You have a choice of an additional year or 4 years of protection.  However, our most popular option is our GOLD™ Service Agreement which provides coverage for all of your appliances as well as your air-conditioning.

Do you install and haul away the old products?

Yes.  With every appliance purchase we can provide installation services. Removing your old appliance is included with this service.  We utilize highly qualified technicians that are employees of Home-Tech.   We do not use sub-contractors.  When you purchase from Home-Tech, you can rest assured that the product will be installed to the manufacturer’s specifications.
