Coming Soon – Our Bradenton Service Office, Showroom & Best Tech University

Home-Tech, the leader in southwest Florida in air-conditioning and appliance sales and service for 30 years, is currently constructing a new facility to service our Bradenton, Sarasota, and Venice customers.  This new 10,400 sq. ft. office is located at 5205 Lena Road.  Home-Tech has been doing business in the Sarasota area since 1992.

Similar to Home-Tech’s Regional Office in Fort Myers, this new office in Bradenton Florida will also contain a 3,000 sq. ft. showroom that will be open to the public.  Consumers can learn about air-conditioning systems and appliances in fully functioning displays.  A state-of-the-art training center will be set up for the furthering education of Home-Tech’s technicians.  This will be based on the model of the current operation of the training center at the Fort Myer’s office.  There, technicians, as well as new apprentices receive training in a “hands on” way.  Our new Bradenton office will also have a warehouse as well as employee offices.

Steve Marino, the founder of Home-Tech and President is very excited about this expansion project.  “It’s doing what I want it to do; helping local people find employment and providing us with a facility for us to expand in the area and provide service to the Manatee County area.”

Since we service everything we sell, we only offer the best brands of air-conditioners like Trane, Amana, Carrier, and Bryant.  Whirlpool, Amana, Danby, Estate, Bosch, KitchenAid, Thermador, Scotsman, TRUE, ULine, Samsung, Maytag, LG, Speed Queen, TRUE and Amana are the appliance brands we sell.

Brands We Service

There is no limit to the brands that we service.  From ice makers, freezers, refrigerators, icemakers and ice machines to dishwashers, microwaves, hot water heaters, washing machines, dryers, and stoves/ovens/ranges/cooktops, garbage disposals, small wine coolers and pool heat pumps, we service them all.

Our Service Agreements

We offer our customers concierge-type service when they become Service Agreement Members.  You receive UNLIMITED service calls on covered air-conditioning and appliances, INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR.  Our members also receive discounts when they purchase new ac systems and appliances.
