Service Office, Training Center and Customer Showroom in Our New Bradenton Location
Southwest Florida’s service leader in air-conditioning and appliance sales and service for 31 years. Visit is our new 10,400 sq. ft. office and Showroom at 5205 Lena Road. Home-Tech originally set up a presence in the Sarasota-Manatee area in 1992 to offer service to our customers in our northern territory.
Our new office is much like Home-Tech’s Regional Office located in Fort Myers at 6400 Techster Blvd. It has a 3,000 sq. ft. showroom for our customers, featuring built in kitchen and laundry appliance displays that actually work. A new state-of-the-art training center for techicians, like the one in the Fort Myers office, has also being constructed. Our new technicians take part in our Apprenticeship Program to learn appliance and air-conditioning repair with hands on training. There is also a warehouse at the new facility, as well as employee offices.

We only sell the best brands of air-conditioning systems, like Carrier, Trane, Amana, and Bryant. Our appliance brands are Maytag, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, LG, Samsung, Thermador, Scotsman, Speed Queen, TRUE, Bosch, Asko, Danby, Amana, Estate and ULine.

All brands of air-conditioning, heating systems, ice-makers, freezers, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers, ranges/ovens/stoves/cook tops, refrigerators, disposals, microwaves, small wine coolers, hot water heaters and pool heat pumps are serviced by our expert technicians.
Service Agreement Department:
Our Service Agreement Department is currently located in the Fort Myers Regional Office. Our Service Agreement members receive UNLIMITED service calls on covered air-conditioning systems and appliance repairs, INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR. Members are also able to shop in our showroom and receive discounts on new ac and appliances purchased for their homes.
