Our Showroom
Home-Tech is “cooking up” something new. We have an appliance showroom designed for our customers to learn about air-conditioning and appliances. Over the years, our service agreement customers have enjoyed member discounts. Not everyone realizes it, but our showroom is open to the public. We offer the assistance of our knowledgeable appliance and ac specialists for purchases. Our little house in the showroom features an educational area where you can learn how air-conditioning works. We also feature ComfortLink™ thermostats.
Brands We Sell
Because we service everything we sell, we only sell the best brands. We know which brands are reliable and require fewer repairs. We feature Carrier, Trane, Bryant and Amana for air-conditioning. For appliances, we sell Amana, Estate, Asko, Bosch, TRUE, Speed Queen, Maytag, LG, Samsung, Scotsman, ULine, Thermador, Danby, KitchenAid and Whirlpool.
We Service All Brands:
Major Appliances – Stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, washers and dryers, microwaves, freezers and hot water heaters.
Air-Conditioners – Our technicians are trained to service every brand, make and model.
Service Agreement Department
When you call to purchase a Service Agreement, a friendly specialist at the Fort Myers Regional Office will answer. Service Agreement customers benefit from UNLIMITED service calls on covered ac systems and major appliances, INCLUDING LABOR AND PARTS. Also our customers receive discounts on any major appliance or ac purchases.

Did you ever wonder why Home-Tech’s technicians are so well thought of and recommended? It’s because of our training program. Every technician is NATE certified. They receive their training in our facility at the Regional Office. A new technician undergoes over 160 hours of training each year. The training center is filled with state-of-the-art equipment so that each technician has “hands on” training for ac systems and appliances. With a full time trainer in place, their continued education is ensured.
