Coming Soon – Our Showroom, Best Tech University & Service Office

Home-Tech’s construction of our new facility is well under way.  Located at 5205 Lena Road, this new 10,400 sq. ft. office is much needed.  Home-Tech began doing business in the Manatee County area in 1992.  As the word has gotten out about Home-Tech, we have needed to expand.  Our new office will be patterned after the Regional Office in Fort Myers, with a 3,000 sq. ft. showroom that will be open to the public.  Consumers can learn about air-conditioning systems and appliances.  Our showroom will feature beautiful kitchen displays that really work.  There will also be a state-of-the-art training center for Home-Tech’s technicians.  Technicians, as well as new apprentices will receive “hands on” training.  The facility will house employee offices as well as a warehouse.

We sell the finest brands or air-conditioners, like Amana, Carrier, Trane, and Bryant.  The appliance brands we sell are Amana, Asko, Danby, Estate, Maytag, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Samsung, Thermador, Speed Queen, Scotsman,  TRUE, Bosch, ULine, and LG.

We repair all brands of air-conditioning, heating systems, freezers, dishwashers, ranges/ovens/stoves/cooktops, dryers, washers, hot water heaters, refrigerators, small wine bars, pool heat pumps, garbage disposals and freezers.

Service Agreement Department:
