When you need coverage for an additional appliance or an extra air-conditioning “Clean and Check” you can go beyond GOLD™ and add options to fit your specific needs. (All options offer the same fast, unlimited, seven-day-a-week service and repair.) We’ll cover more than one of the same appliance. We can cover every appliance you own! So, if you have an extra refrigerator or dishwasher, it’s covered (for a small additional fee).

• Plumbing & Electrical Option (PEO) This popular option covers a wide range of minor household plumbing and electrical problems to be repaired. Purchased in addition to the GOLD™ Service Agreement, PEO gives you unlimited service calls, parts and labor at no additional charge on covered repairs.

• Replacement Option (RO) When your major appliance or air-conditioning system is beyond repair, Home-Tech will replace it with a comparable name brand appliance or air-conditioning system ABSOLUTELY FREE. Includes Rust and Corrosion Options (RCO), air-conditioning (residential air cooled split systems only) and water heaters up to 40 gallons.

• Rust and Corrosion Option (RCO) This option provides repairs and/or replacement of equipment under 10 years of age with damage caused by rust and corrosion.

• Additional Air-Conditioning “Clean and Checks”

• Premium and/or Foreign Appliance Repair and Service. What is a premium and/or foreign appliance?

• Additional Equipment Coverage: Freezers, Refrigerators, Pool Heat Pumps, Heat Recovery Units, Ice Machines, and Wine Coolers

• The Platinum Package includes: (RO) Replacement Option, (PEO) Minor Plumbing and Electrical, and the (RCO) Rust and Corrosion Option.
