Our Newest Service Office, Best Tech University and Showroom

Home-Tech has been Southwest Florida’s leader in air-conditioning and appliance sales, service, maintenance and installation for the last 31 years.  Home-Tech originally set up a presence in the Sarasota-Manatee area in 1992.  We have currently expanded with our new office constructed at 5205 Lena Road.  This 10,400 sq. ft. office services our customers in our northern territory.  Our new office is like Home-Tech’s Regional Office located in Fort Myers at 6400 Techster Blvd.  With a 3,000 sq. ft. Showroom, featuring built in kitchen and laundry appliance displays that actually work, our customers have a unique shopping experience.   Appliance Specialists are on hand to help customers with their purchases.  A new state-of-the-art training center, Best Tech University, like the one founded in the Fort Myers office, is in place for our technicians’ training.  Home-Tech’s Apprenticeship Program uniquely helps technicians learn appliance and air-conditioning repair with hands on training.  Each technician receives over 160 hours of training.  Included in the new office building is also employee offices and a warehouse.

Our expert technicians have received training to repair all brands of air-conditioning, heating systems, freezers, ice-makers, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines and dryers, ranges/ovens/stoves/cook tops, small wine coolers, disposals,  microwaves, hot water heaters and pool heat pumps.

Service Agreement Department:

The Fort Myers Regional Office currently houses our Service Agreement Department.  Members with a Service Agreement receive UNLIMITED service calls on covered air-conditioning systems and appliance repairs, INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR.  New ac and appliance discounts are applied to member’s purchases as well.
