Our New Service Office, Showroom & Training Center

Home-Tech, for 30 years has been southwest Florida’s leader in air-conditioning and appliance sales and service.  Currently under construction is our new 10,400 sq. ft. office at 5205 Lena Road.  Home-Tech originally set up a presence in the Sarasota-Manatee area in 1992.

This construction project will be similar to Home-Tech’s Regional Office located in Fort Myers at 6400 Techster Blvd.  The new office will consist of a 3,000 sq. ft. showroom featuring built in appliance displays that actually work.  There will also be a state-of-the-art training center like the one in the Fort Myers office.  Technicians in our unique Apprenticeship Program will learn appliance and air-conditioning repair with hands on training.  This facility will also house employee offices as well as a warehouse.

Brands We Sell

We only sell the best ac brands, like Carrier, Trane, Amana and Bryant.  Appliance brands we sell are Maytag, Danby, Estate, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, LG, Samsung, Thermador, Scotsman, Speed Queen, TRUE, Bosch and ULine.

Brands We Service

All brands of air-conditioning, heating systems, ice-makers, freezers, ice machines, garbage disposals, pool heat pumps, small wine coolers,  dishwashers, washing machines and dryers, refrigerators and hot water heaters are serviced by our expert technicians.

Service Agreement Department:

Home-Tech’s Service Agreement Department is located in the Fort Myers Regional Office.  Our Service Agreement members receive UNLIMITED service calls on covered ac and appliance repairs, INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR.  Members also receive discounts on new ac and appliance purchases.  To speak to one of our specialists and to learn more of the benefits call 1-800-800-8356 ext 2.
