A Home-Tech Service Agreement saves you on repair costs for your ac systems. All of our GOLD™ plan customers receive an annual air-conditioning “Clean and Check” of their ac systems at no charge as part of our agreement. It’s FREE! We also give you priority scheduling for repairs.
