With one, low, annual fee, you are covered. And, you can add additional options like plumbing and electrical coverage and additional appliances or ac systems. Many customers don’t realize that the costs of replacing an air-conditioning system or major appliance in your home have risen dramatically. Even though we offer financing options for air-conditioning replacement, those unanticipated replacement costs can be QUITE ASTONISHING. With the one low fee of our Service Agreement, you can rest easy if something ever were to break down. You will NEVER WORRY AGAIN about how much a repair or replacement will cost.

Service Agreements for Air-Conditioning and Appliances

Customers with the GOLD™ plan pay no service call charge. There is no charge for parts and labor on your covered air-conditioning repair and major appliance service.
If an appliance or air-conditioning system is beyond repair*, we will replace it, free of charge. A NEW comparable model of like kind and quality will be provided (under the age of 10 years).
If it’s more than 10 years of age, we’ll replace it and apply ½ of your GOLD premium to the new purchase.
As an additional benefit, our members receive discount pricing on appliances and air-conditioning purchased from Home-Tech.
