When I have a problem, what should I do?
Simply call the location in your area or schedule online. Our office is open to receive your call from 8am until 10pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturdays and Sundays until 10pm. We are here to serve.
No one is home during the day. Will this limit my coverage?
Your Agreement works with your schedule. Home-Tech offers flexible appointments until 8pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturday. Plus we offer emergency service, 7 days a week. Our customers love it!
I live in Florida just six months each year. Would a Service Agreement be worthwhile?
Absolutely! Your air-conditioning system operates all year long and appliance failures actually increase when allowed to remain idle for long periods of time. It’s a must for part-time residents. It gives you peace of mind, knowing that repairs will be performed even in your absence.
My air-conditioner and appliances are over 10 years of age. Can I get coverage on them?
Yes, you can. We want to save you the cost of the replacement as well as help the environment by keeping them out of the landfills.
What happens if my air-conditioner or appliance is beyond repair?
Many times equipment is beyond reasonable repair, or parts are no longer available. If the equipment is under 10 years of age, Home-Tech will supply a comparable replacement ABSOLUTELY FREE! Over 10 years? No problem. Home-Tech will discount 50% of your current annual premium to help cover the cost of a replacement unit, along with other replacement discounts.
