How it Works

With a Home-Tech Service Agreement there’s no question who to call. You simply call us with your service needs – every time. Worried about how much it’s going to cost? Don’t! with the Home-Tech Gold Plan there’s no service call charge, and parts and labor are included on covered air conditioning systems and major appliances. And you will receive priority appointments. Now that's real peace of mind.

All repairs are made by NATE-certified and experienced service technicians who receive ongoing training at Home-Tech’s innovative Best Tech University education program.

We cover all major appliances, regardless of age or brand, compared to many other warranties that only cover new appliances. In fact, you can add multiple appliances or air conditioning units for a small fee.

Plus, if an appliance cannot be repaired, we will replace it free of charge with a NEW comparable model of like kind and quality (for appliances under 10 years old). And, if it’s more than 10 years old, we’ll replace it and apply half of your Gold premium to the new purchase. As our service agreement customer, you’ll also receive an additional member discount price on appliances and air conditioning purchases from Home-Tech.
