By simply submitting a Home-Tech Service Agreement Application, you are on your way to experiencing peace of mind.  You will know that if your major appliance or air-conditioner in any type of residential property breaks down, it is coveredSee How You Are Protected.

Once your GOLD™ plan is in effect, Home-Tech will take care of the rest.

Home-Tech covers all major appliances, regardless of age, make or model.  (Many other warranties only cover new appliances.)  And your agreement is renewable each year.

  • There are no service call charges.
  • There is no limit to the amount of times you call for service.
  • We offer emergency service 7 days a week, as well as same day service.
  • Parts and labor are included (on covered air-conditioning systems and major appliances).  There is no charge!
  • For appliances more than 10 years of age, please see the official Service Agreement.
  • We provide loaner appliances.
  • An annual air-conditioning “Clean and Check” is also included in your contract (a value of up to $99.95).
  • All repairs are guaranteed. Our technicians are NATE certified and receive ongoing training at Home-Tech’s innovative Best Tech University educational program.
  • And, if all that is not enough, with a Home-Tech Agreement you will receive priority appointments and additional member discounts on appliances and air-conditioning purchases from Home-Tech.
