Red didn’t just stop there, however, he went the extra mile to diagnose the appliance problem, and found that the water valve supplying the ice maker was also in need of replacement. This is not the first time Red has been to our house providing excellent service. He has been here before several times to work on our air conditioner, and we always found him to be knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and most importantly, honest in what he found in his diagnosis.
