Very Satisfied for Over 15 Years
“We, The Morrow Family, have been very satisfied Gold Service Agreement Members of Home-Tech for over 15 years, and tonight’s experience confirms why we only deal with your company. At 4:30 this afternoon, we discovered that our 20 plus year old refrigerator quit cooling. We called Home-Tech and immediately got through. We were told that a technician would come ‘after 6:00’ for which we were grateful given the late hour of the day.
At 6:08 pm, Brian S. called us and said he would be here ‘within 20 to 30 minutes.’ True to his word, he was here 20 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and identified the problem with the refrigerator, a worn out defrost controller. Lucky for us, Brian had the part on his truck. He replaced the part quickly and was on his way.
Brian was extremely pleasant and obviously knew what he was doing. I told him how much we appreciate dealing with Home-Tech and folks like Brian. He expressed how excited he is to be with your company. Brian is the kind of technician you all should be proud of. He represents Home-Tech very well.
One of the reasons our family likes Home-Tech is that you are employee-owned and all participate in profit sharing.
