Brian was courteous and professional.  He called in advance to let us know that he was on his way and gave us an estimated time of his arrival.  After he arrived he politely explained to me what he was going to check and resolved our dryer problem.  When he was done he confirmed what had been done and gave me other tips that he recommended to prevent future issues.  Brian also cleaned up and put everything back in the laundry room as he found it, which was a nice touch.
