“Just dropping a note to let you know how pleased we are with the service Steve gives us.  He has been to our home several times in the past and yesterday was no exception — he does an A+ job.  99% of the time he knows immediately what the problem is.  Yesterday with my dishwasher, this 65 year old learned a new lesson about not to use old dishwasher detergent in the machine. I had suds thick as could be in the bottom.  Steve said to get a bottle of vinegar and he poured it in the machine and let it wash around and bingo – suds gone.  I should have been wise enough to figure out the suds problem was the old detergent.

We can ask him any questions about any appliance and he always has the answer.  A good serviceman with a great personality and knowledgeable about his products.  Give the guy a raise!  Have a great evening.”
