Home-Tech CEO and Chairman, Steve Marino is pleased to announce that Technical Rep, Jon Hayo has been named General Manager of the Home-Tech north service region.
“We knew we had a real winner with Jon,” says Marino. “He was born and raised in Sarasota and has been in the business for over 35 years and most important, his overall passion and professionalism in customer service made him the perfect fit for employee owned Home-Tech”.

Jon Hayo – Sarasota Native
Hayo graduated from Riverview High School in Sarasota and went on to the University of Florida. Hhe’s proud of his two daughters – Taylor, an F.S.U. graduate, and Sarah, currently enrolled at the University of Florida. Jon has been married to his wife Tammy for 30 years and has been working in the air-conditioning industry most of his life.
Fabulous Future Ahead
Jon joined the Home-Tech team three years ago and is thrilled with the growth of the north store, “Our philosophy is to do things right,” he says. “It’s an old school approach, to really get to know our customers – and with our service agreement plan, we can do that.”
Hayo is looking forward to a bright future with Home-Tech, “I’m excited. We’re striving to grow – and we’re very fortunate to have some of the very best air conditioning and appliance techs in the industry.”
