Since 1981 Home-Tech has been providing Southwest Florida residents with all kinds of employment opportunities. We are most known for having highly trained air conditioning and appliance technicians in the field. In addition, we train new technicians interested in getting out into the field with our unique and effective START Program for new apprentices. But in order to support our Service Agreement Members in the greatest way possible, Home-Tech provides all kinds of jobs. Employment with Home-Tech, an employee owned company, can lead to a long fulfilling career.
We have air conditioning Comfort Specialists that help customers choose their new systems. And we have crews of air conditioning installers and helpers. We hire plumbers and electricians too. There is a Parts Procurement Department, Dispatch Department and of course our Customer Service Department which handles all the calls from our Members and new customers as well. We offer jobs for warehouse staff as well.
When a Member needs an appliance they can visit our Member Appliance Center and find help from our appliance sales staff. Home-Tech staff includes I.T., Accounting and Marketing. All of the training of the technicians is done in-house from our Apprenticeship Program to advanced monthly training for technicians.
What our Members love best is their Service Agreement and options. There is a Service Agreement Department to assist Members with their renewals and also inside and outside Service Agreement Representatives to help new customers become Members and customize their Agreements with additional options.
