How to Renew Your Service Agreement
Renewing your Service Agreement online is easy. Click the blue LOGIN button and it will take you to our new Member Services site where you will create your secure account.
To create an account you will need your Service Agreement Number and the e-mail address we have on record. Both of those are listed on your renewal paperwork. If you don’t know either of these things, don’t worry! Give us a call at 800-800-8356 and we’ll help you get set up in only a few minutes!
Imagine that you are on our schedule for your annual air conditioning maintenance and would like to see which technician is coming to your home and when. You can view that on the Member Services site in the Service History area. Do you have trouble remembering when you had your last AC maintenance? It’s all there in the Service History.
Do you want to know the status of an ordered part? Again, Service History holds all the answers. If you are unsure of your Service Agreement coverage and what equipment is covered, there is a whole list for you in the My Account Area. You will find that visiting Member Services is just another benefit of having a Service Agreement with Home-Tech.
You will be able to choose the day and time frame for all of your service calls and schedule them on the Member Services website.
