How to Renew Your Service Agreement
Renewing your Service Agreement online is easy. Click the blue LOGIN button and it will take you to our new Member Services site where you will create your secure account.
To create an account you will need your Service Agreement Number and the e-mail address we have on record. Both of those are listed on your renewal paperwork. If you don’t know either of these things, don’t worry! Give us a call at 800-800-8356 and we’ll help you get set up in only a few minutes!
With Member Services any time you need service, you can simply log in to our Member Services site and select a two-hour time frame that is the most convenient for you. And what’s more, once you are on our schedule for a repair (or your annual air conditioning maintenance) you can see which technician is coming to your home and when. This can be viewed in the Service Tracking & History area. Do you have trouble remembering when you had your last AC maintenance? It’s all there in the Service History.
Checking Status of Ordered Part
Do you want to know the status of an ordered part? Again, Service History holds all the answers. If you are unsure of your Service Agreement coverage and what equipment is covered, there is a whole list for you in the My Account area. You will find that visiting Member Services is just another benefit of having a Service Agreement with Home-Tech.
